Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The exact cost will be determined by the courier company you choose.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
